Cancellation policy

I need to cancel or modify my order

Once your order has passed to the status "Preparing Route", it will not be possible to make changes.

Once your order has moved to the "Production" status, cancellations for operational reasons will not be accepted, since your order is being processed.


I did not get the expected quality

My order arrived incomplete
my order arrived late
I did not get the expected service on delivery
My order was not delivered

Reschedule shipment of my order

You have 48 hours to reschedule your order, otherwise it will not be possible to reschedule and the service will be terminated.
